I promised it and here it is, PART DOS! Can I just say I miss hucking with you guys. Hopefully this weather will clear up and give us a good day to get together and lay out. Otherwise we can just have a dirty game of ULTIMATE. Can I also say it’s fun to talk dirty about ULTIMATE. Well I guess after those awkward statements I have nothing left to say. Enjoy!
Sadly the season is winding down, but we’ve already started planning for next year and it’s going to be exciting! In essence it’s lots of frisbee and JERSEYS! Since we haven’t been playing as much frisbee I’ve been able to get down to video editing and putting up our podcasts. I’ve got two videos coming from our first tournament earlier in the Fall, tonight the first part is up for download. This was an awesome tourney in Bloomington where we went 3-3. Download, watch, and enjoy. Let me know if any problems arise in either downloading or watching these videos. Apparently there are still a few bugs to squash. See you huckers out on the field
As of right now I know there are some issues going on with the podcast working right. The feed works, and it shows up in iTunes, etc… but for some strange reason when you try to download it it only downloads half way. I’m currently working on the issue so I hope it will be kapoot soon. Until then I’m going to keep trying and experimenting, here’s the video from the interest meeting. There they are ladies and gents, official AUU stickers. They cost a measly 5 bucks but look incredible. The money for these stickers are going towards anything and everything we as a club can do to make things cheaper for you. Tourney fees, T-shirts, Jerseys, etc… will all stem from you buying up stickers and getting your friends to buy some as well. I’ve already bought two myself, one for my mommy and I. Within the week we should have a Paypal account up and running on the site as requested by Joel, and if you didn’t notice I’m working on the photo section. Also for some odd reason the podcast is having issues on the server. I’m in contact trying to get it fixed up! I have a lot of video to post!
So if you want a sticker hit up us captains, we’ll be able to get one to you! I can’t wait to see this plastered around on your cars, binders, squirrels, etc…

Welcome all of you new ULTIMATE players to AU Ultimate. The best ultimate site in the world, and the only Ultimate Frisbee podcast now in HD. Thanks to everyone for coming out to “Midnight Frisbee.” I hope it was fun for everyone, including the girls. You all know the ladies rock at frisbee. If you missed midnight frisbee I’m sorry, but here is some quick information to keep you up to date on our awesome ULTIMATE club.
The first interest meeting is definitely on the 11th. It will be repeated in stall talk, and at the first chapel to make sure everyone is aware. I’m sure it will spread by word of mouth like wild fire and everyone will be there, so no worries. To find out more news hit up our facebook group (THATS THE LINK) and join that. We’ll be sending mass messages to give you a heads up when we are playing some pickup, among all the other news. so you’ll want to be a part of that and this website. News will be posted here as well as our awesome podcast. When it’s light out we’ll be filming and grabbing pictures so come out to get in those pics. I think that covers everything, like I said come out September 11th at 5p.m. at the soccer fields for our first interest meeting. Back again for episode #3 techinically. This the last video I’ve got before we start a “how-to” series. This is a pickup game filmed on 1.23.08 by our good friend Jordan Davis. Alright you crazy huckers, if you like to watch our videos on other devices besides the website well you can finally do it. Our podcast was approved by the might iTunes and I’m going to start working the kinks out of. I want to add, hopefully, HD version, iPod versions, and iPhone versions. I think that should cover all of the devices out there. HD for your TV’s and computers, iPod versions for all the iPod sized screens, and the iPhone version for the Zune and iPhone and PSP. Anyway there will be a link in the sidebar for the Podcast. All you have to do is click on it and it will take you to iTunes. Otherwise click on THIS link right HERE to get it RIGHT NOW
